Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Rank Math will create .htaccess file backups on the root of your site(.htaccess_back_xxxxxx). You can easily rename the current file and rollback to one of the back ups using an FTP client.
You can also get in touch with your host so that they can help in reverting these changes and rollback your site to a recent back up.
