500 Error. Internal Server Error

    Hi – At 76 years of age I need some help.

    I have Rankmath now installed on my WordPress website TriggerFingerSymptoms.com.

    When I try to Update any of my Posts I get the following window open up https://www.triggerfingersymptoms.com/wp-admin/post.php with the following message:

    “Sorry, that didn’t work. Please try again or come back later. 500 Error. Internal Server Error.”

    Note: I put in the Focus Keyword on an old post , and try to Update, it doesn’t seem to update.
    When I go to All Posts and look at the particular post it has No Score under “SEO Details” Eg 80/100 for example.

    I have given you my Login Details below and would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

    500 Internal Server Error issues are usually due to the host so our recommendation would be contacting first your hosting support, so they might look at it and give you a solution. If that doesn’t work, let us know and we will try to continue helping you.

    Hi Alberto – I have contacted Hostgator my host and they are looking into the problem of when I try to Update any of my old Posts I get the following window open up:

    “Sorry, that didn’t work. Please try again or come back later. 500 Error. Internal Server Error.”

    HOWEVER, I do know that when I did a Google Search on the problem that a number of Rankmath suggestions on how to fix the problem came up.

    I’ll let you know what Hostgator has to say when I hear back from them. Thanks.
