Could you please confirm if you have already deselected/disabled the auto-submission option and changed the API key?

Once done, clear your website cache and wait for a few hours before submitting another URL again.

We’ve checked your site, and everything looks like it is set up correctly. Bing sets a quota of the number of requests that can be made by your IP address.
To ensure that this issue is not related to Rank Math’s plugin, if you have a couple of minutes to test this, you may install the following plugin from Bing on your website: https://wordpress.org/plugins/indexnow/
Once done, check if you’re still unable to submit the URLs.
