Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Currently, any deleted pages are handled by Rank Math as 404 errors, and they will show up in the 404 Monitor, as you have already marked them as 410, you can safely ignore these errors.
You can check this link for more information:
https://rankmath.com/kb/solving-redirection-issues-using-rank-math-seo/#410-errors-as-404
I checked the URLs, they are already returning 410 status:
![410](https://i.rankmath.com/6NSxZn+)
The last URL was not added in the Redirections, I have added it in the Redirections and set the code to 410.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
I am surprised to see that the screenshot at your end showing status as 410 but to me, httpstatus.io is still showing 404 for all the url given. Google, SEMrush also see the same as 404 and they are reporting as missing broken links. This is a concern for us. PLease see the image from link below

Hello,
I checked your affected pages and I can confirm that the page is returning as 410 as you can see in my screenshot below:
![410](https://i.rankmath.com/GSXp8E+)
In the redirection rule, after visiting the page, the hit counter was increased, indicating that the 410 status has been detected:

This may be just a caching issue and the bots are still seeing it as 404s. Please clear your website caching and if you have server-level caching services like Cloudflare on your hosting server, kindly clear the caches there as well.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
