404 while generating sitemap

    Hello,

I’m having trouble generating a sitemap on my website. The site is hosted on nginx, has a W3 Cache plugin and cloudflare. I followed the tutorials by deactivating the cache and adding redirects (nginx, cloudflare, w3). Unfortunately, my page at main-sitemap.xsl still returns “404 Not Found – nginx”, while the address sitemap_index.xml returns a blank page, and in its source code there are links to the sitemap of posts, products, etc., unfortunately they return 404 as a wordpress page.

Any idea how to solve such a problem?

    Greetings

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Can you please confirm that you have cleared the cache after excluding the sitemaps from caching and adding the NGINX redirect rules?

If not, please clear the website and browser cache and check the sitemap.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
