Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
There is no setting for the sitemap link limits

Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.
You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard
Here is a screenshot for reference:
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you very much for the help!!
I flushed the sitemap and still, no tags sitemap was produced. Don’t know what happened to it as when I submitted it the first time it was there and now it’s gone along with all the indexed pages associated with those tags.
For some reason, the tag sitemap is not getting produced. I have loss 60% of my traffic- This reply was modified 3 years, 11 months ago by Arthur Morehead.
Left screenshot in sensitive data. I need a solution…
Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
Please make sure:
1. Your tag archives are enabled:WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags
2. Make sure they are indexable from the same page.
3. Ensure that the tag sitemaps are enabled:
WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Tags.4. Ensure you have at least one indexable tag archive on your website.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/We really look forward to helping you.
I checked those settings three times and they were all correct. Except when I checked again this time it was set to “noindex” So far, so good…Don’t know how that could have happened but it’s all updated now…Thank you
