If yes and still sitemap is returning 404 error then there must be a server-side cache. Please contact your host and ask them to exclude the sitemap from being cached.

The cache could be via a plugin or from the server or Cloudflare.
If you are using Cloudflare, please follow this article and exclude the sitemaps from caching from Cloudflare:

Please also ask your web host to exclude the sitemap from caching on the server level.

I’m not sure if I’m using Cloudfare or not.
It says “Starter Cloud” on Name Hero’s website. I do not know how to do much. I am not technical at all.
I already tried flushing the sitemap cache yesterday.

You can contact your host and ask them to exclude the sitemap from caching if you are not sure about it.
For the other issue, I tried to check but it seems like your site has Coming Soon mode enabled as it is showing a coming soon page. Please disable the mode or use https://imgbb.com/ to share the screenshots.
