I checked the pages and they are accessible on the browser but the first URL is returning a 404 status whereas the second one is returning a 200 (OK) status.
We suggest you get in touch with WPML support as they would be in a better position to assist you.
Once the 404 status is fixed, you can clear the website’s cache and wait for Google to crawl the website again and see if the error in Google Search Console is fixed.
