Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please share your setting’s screenshot and URL in the Sensitive Data?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Please, try to exclude all the following URLs:
/post-sitemap.xml
/page-sitemap.xml
/gallery-sitemap.xml
/web-story-sitemap.xml
/sitemap_index.xml
/main-sitemap.xsl
Looking forward to help you.
Done! I also have cleared all caches, SG dynamic, nginx and mem cache as well as my wprocket cache and my local browser cache.
I have triggered the 404 page with random invalid page accesses from a private browser window and also from a different pc.
But still no success 🙁
Hello,
Your sitemap is currently working fine from my end, check the screenshot in the sensitive section.
As for your 404 module, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have a created an account for you so you can see everything yourself. You are admin!
Plugins with caches are:
sg-optimizer (bridge for their nginx cache) and
wp-rocket.
A cronjob triggers wp-cron.php every hour, via my webhost. (do not know if your plugin uses that).
Hello,
I was able to troubleshoot your site, it seems to be an issue with your theme. The 404 monitor works fine when you switch to the default twenty twenty theme. It is likely your theme has a way in which it is handling the 404 pages which is making these pages not to be logged by Rank math. Could you please get in touch with your theme support to check if this is the case?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
