.map files are used by some tools (like the Google Dev Tools) to trace the code when minified.
But they might not exist (like in your case). The reason you are getting those 404 errors in your monitor is because something or someone is requesting those files and since they don’t exist, the plugin monitor them.
You shouldn’t worry about them since Google doesn’t track those files (so those 404 errors won’t affect your SEO), you can ignore them.
