1. Could you please confirm if you have an active Rank Math PRO subscription? If yes, then please let us know the email ID used during the purchase of Rank Math PRO.
Regarding the 404 logs, please note that we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated.
You can fix these errors by redirecting them to a related page on your website:
https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-404-errors/
Also, the installation of Rank Math PRO would not result in any 404 URL.
2. We report only those 404 URLs that actually return a 404 status code and upon accessing, which takes to the default WordPress 404 page.
Could you please share the affected URL so that we can check it on our end?
It is likely that some bots might have accessed these 404 URLs which is why the user-agent and referer are not shown.

We’ve found an active Rank Math Business subscription on the email ID. The account that you’ve posted this ticket with is a Free Rank Math account, you can post the ticket with your Rank Math Business account to get faster support.
The URL you’ve shared does not return a 404 status, rather, it is returning a connection timed out error. The URL is not logged since the 404 Monitor only logs URLs that return a 404 error and upon accessing, take to the default 404 page of WordPress.
