My 404 log is showing hits to my code pages and theme setup files on daily basis. It does not look like a human behind these hits. I talked to my theme support and they said there is no fault in the theme code files and everything seems to be intact. I then talked to my hosting provider who ran a malware scan on the website and nothing was detected there either.
Could you please tell me if there is a compatibilty issue of rankmath with my theme or is it something else. I am using Amelia theme from 17th Avenue.to give an example of the urls that are being hit:
-> wp-content/plugins/transposh-translation-filter-for-wordpress/js/transposh.js
-> wp-content/plugins/imagemagick-engine/js/ime-admin.js
-> wp-content/plugins/wp-user-frontend-pro/assets/css/css-stars.css
-> wp-content/themes/sketch/include.phpI clear the logs only to find them appearing again after a couple of hours which shows that these files are constantly being attacked. And since they are website code based files, it doesn’t seem like a human behind it.
Please look into it and guide me. This causing unnecessary load and traffic on my website.
