Hi …
In the last few days I’ve stated getting lots of 404 errors where the real URL has /POSTurl tacked on to the end of it.
So if the real url were https://mydomain.com/somepage/ I’m getting 404 errors because something out on the Interwebs is looking for https://mydomain.com/somepage/POSTurl/ and causing 404 errors each time. It’s driving me crazy. This is happening with, post URLs, tag URLs, category URLs & archive page URLs.
I Google searched on “POSTurl” a million different ways & couldn’t find anything. Now I’m here hoping that someone has seen this before & there’s a fix.
Any ideas?
Is there any way to do a wildcard redirect so the redirect sees POSTurl it goes to the original URL minus POSTurl? This way I don’t have to create permanent redirects for each item?
Thanks … Joe
