Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the Instant Indexing feature in Rank Math. The 404 error indicates that the requested URL could not be found, which may suggest that there is a problem with the URL itself or how it is being handled by your server.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Check the URL: Ensure that the URL you are trying to index is correct and accessible. You can try visiting the URL directly in your browser to see if it loads properly.
-
Review Server Settings: Make sure your web server is configured correctly to handle requests for the URLs you are submitting. If the server is misconfigured, it might return a 404 error even if the page exists.
-
Contact Your Hosting Provider: If you suspect that the server settings might be causing the issue, reach out to your web hosting provider for assistance. They can help verify if there are any misconfigurations that need to be addressed.
-
Check for Redirects: If the page has been moved, ensure that there is a proper redirect in place from the old URL to the new one.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
