404 Error after settings update

    Hey, i’m trying to add Google Search Console to my website, but every time i try to click on Update i’m getting redirected to my 404 Site. This also happens when i try to update other General Settings. But the settings for Sitemap for example are working and i can update them.

    Could you please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the ModSecurity is disabled or they are not blocking any process of the plugin?

    If ModSecurity is disabled and the issue persists, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Ok i installed the plugin and than activated RankMath in the trouble shooting mode, i tried to change the General Settings but i still get redirected

    Edit: I’m looking into the Tutorials of my webspace and they say i can’t disable ModSecurity, they also say its to secure my site why should i turn it off?

    I tried again to change the settings and this time i’m getting redirected to my 404 site but the changes saved. This happend after i tried to activate and deactive other settings before i changed the one i needed.
