Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We checked the affected URL and it doesn’t seem to redirect to your homepage.
Also, Rank Math doesn’t support redirecting query parameters in your URL so the redirection must have been configured in your .htaccess file.
Looking forward to helping you on this one.

How can you say it’s not redirecting to the homepage? This URL is going to the homepage instead of showing the 404 message page. If you remove the question mark from URL then its show the 404 page.
Hello,
I checked the URL again and the URL ?ntcybgm57 doesn’t redirect to the homepage. Please refer to my video screencast in the sensitive data section. If it seems I am missing something, please let me know the steps to replicate it.
Removing the question mark does show the 404 messages.
Please note that your theme controls how missing contents are handled and themes usually provide 404 templates for that. Also, by default, query parameters are reserved data keys for dynamic content or any operation so WordPress won’t treat that as a 404.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I am sorry to say, but we don’t handle this type of feature, we let the theme or WordPress handle the 404.
Rank Math offers 404 logging only and we don’t force URLs to return as 404. You would need a separate plugin that offers such feature or modify your theme template.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
