    Please check if the theme or any other plugin is conflicting with Rank Math using the Health Check troubleshooting plugin.

    If the issue persists even with the default theme and only Rank Math enabled.

    Could you please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the ModSecurity is disabled or they are not blocking any process of the plugin?

    Disabling ModSecurity should fix the issue.
