By default, Rank Math automatically adds canonical to all your pages that are set to index.
From your screenshot, it seems that it is only a Tip from SEMRush. However, please get the data or any affected URL for us to check further.

It’s a relatively new site, and I’m adding one or two articles per category, and making the categories no-index.
