I was performing some post delete operations and everything was working working well.

But suddenly, after 5-6 operations, this notice stuck at the top-. Screenshot attached in the sensitive data field.

Previously I was able to create new 301 redirect by clicking those links. But now these are showing forever, no matter where I go,

    Help me fix this.

  • Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Login credentials added into the sensitive zone. Kindly check and resolve this issue.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The problem is caused by your Redis Object cache plugin. Flushing the cache fixes the problem.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
