301 Redirect & Google Search

As the old URL was already indexed, it is normal for Google to take time before removing it from the SERPs. As you’ve implemented the redirection correctly, Google would eventually drop the old URL from the SERPs.

With that said, I searched the old URL but it seems like it is no longer indexed. Here’s the search result: https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Fsri-lanka-tours-online.com%2Fsri-lanka-tours-packages
