We’ve investigated this issue and can confirm that another plugin on your website is conflicting with Rank Math and preventing the redirection. The most likely culprit is the Permalink Manager Pro – when this plugin is deactivated, the Rank Math redirection starts working again.

In permalink manager plugin’s setting there is option under third party plugins marked as ” RankMath’s “Redirections” fix redirect conflict”
I unchecked this selection and redirection worked without deactivating plugin.
However, there is one issue with one link that supposed not to be redirected
kashaff.com/رØÙ„ات-Ø¨ØØ±ÙŠØ© is being redirect for unknown reason when I deactivate above selection.
Please note that there is similar link kashaff.com/Ø¨ØØ±/رØÙ„ات-Ø¨ØØ±ÙŠØ© which is supposed to be redirected to new link kashaff.com/رØÙ„ات-Ø¨ØØ±ÙŠØ©
pls review and advise.
All other links are redirecting fine.

That redirection is happening because you have set the following redirection using “Contains”: https://kashaff.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-redirections&action=edit&redirection=3
This will catch the URL you shared because it contains the characters in the source URL of that redirection.

Glad the redirections are working fine now. You do not need to resubmit your sitemap, when Google crawls your sitemap it would notice the redirect and act accordingly.
