2 tickets are private – your tema relied – but i cannot read it

    Hello again, i cannot access my tickets.
    I see there are replies – but after signing in, and changing to the tickets section i see the tickets (today i opened a second one, both i can see that they are existing.

    But on click i get the message that “You do not have permission to view this topic.”

    I is private.

    So i did not see the ticket – and i did not see what i have to do to stop the subscription.
    I found out, that the payment is a different email from my end. I was able to log in … but i am not clear, if the subscription now is stopped.

    So plewase write an email to me to answer – as your ticket system is waisting my time asi its not in function.

    Hello, first i cannot reyd these tickets – all in my account – as they marked as private.
    But they ARE inside my account.

    My main situation is, that i want to stop the subsription . but i did not get any message, if i made all changes correctly.

    Please check and let me know, that i dont have any subsription any more and a payment will not be done.
