I checked the product category you had shared and the current values seem to be different from what you had shared, the duplicate queries are only 10 of them of which only one is related to Rank math. You can check these by selecting duplicate queries and check the component column which will show you the querying plugins: https://i.rankmath.com/N9X2lg

I am aware that the component doesn’t say rank math on query monitor.
If you disable the Rank MAth plugin, the duplicated queries are 4-5. If you activate it, they go from 10 to 16.
The page that I am trying it on is the home. Similar behaviour but obviously with different query amounts happens on taxonomy, single product, etc.
Can you have a look there?

You seem to have a number of plugins that require update, including the query monitor, please do so.
I used the health check and troubleshooting plugins to compare when woocommerce is enabled and when Rank math is enabled in addition to WooCommerce and there doesn’t seem to be any issue. Please check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section.

Although I completely understand what you tried to do there, I feel that it is not replicating the problem.
If all the plugins and the theme are active, the # of duplicated queries is very low. If then I activate Rank Math, the duplicated queries goes to 16-17.
The problem is that there seems to be an incompatibility between Rankmath and one/more than one of the other plugins. Not that Rankmath + Woocommerce + Twenty Twenty works flawlessly.
Does that make sense?

I understand your issue. The best way to check for conflicting plugins or them would be to Deactivate them all and then with Rank math active, activate the rest one by one until you find the culprit.
You can use a staging site to check this and let us know if you find any.

I’ve already done this, every time I activate one plugin, there is a new duplicated query if rank math is activated. If I deactivate rank math everything works fine.
The plugins that add a duplicate query once rankmath is activated are:
Woocommerce
Wocoommerce front end manager
Wp asset cleanup
Kirki
Shortpixel Image Optimizer
