Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the invalid items detected on your FAQs page. It seems that the FAQ Schema is not properly configured, specifically regarding the missing "text" field in the accepted answers for each question.
To resolve this issue, you should ensure that each answer in your FAQ Schema includes the required text. Here’s a brief guide on how to add FAQ Schema correctly using Rank Math:
-
Add FAQ Block: In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Posts → Add New or edit an existing post. Use the + icon to add a new block and search for FAQ by Rank Math.

-
Fill in Questions and Answers: For each question, make sure to provide a corresponding answer in the "acceptedAnswer" section. Each answer must have text content.

-
Test Your Schema: After updating your FAQs, use the Google Rich Results Test to check if the issues have been resolved.
If you would like more comprehensive assistance or if you’re unsure about making these changes, we recommend our professional setup service available at Rank Math Services. This service requires a PRO subscription and ensures that your plugin setup is fully correct and adheres to the latest SEO standards.
Thank you for raising this concern, and if you have any further questions or need additional help, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent will assist you further!

How To Fix mainEntity Schema Issues in Rank Math » Rank Math
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
The issue you’re seeing is due to missing answer text in the FAQ schema. In Elementor, please ensure each FAQ has both a question and a complete answer filled in.
Once added, revalidate the page using Google’s Rich Results Test.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Hello,
We checked your website and found that the issue is not limited to the Rank Math FAQ Schema. It also affects the FAQ schema generated by Elementor.
In both cases, the answers are not being included in the schema markup. For now, you can manually add the schema to your page using the Rank Math Schema Generator:
https://rankmath.com/kb/faq-schema-block/#schema-generator
That said, we’ve already reported this to our developers, and they are currently investigating the issue. We also recommend reaching out to Elementor support, as they may already be aware of the problem and could have a solution available.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
The issue comes from Elementor’s data and their option to add FAQ schema also has this issue; we’ve contacted them about this and will share another update below this one, once we hear from them.
Thank you.
Hello,
We got a reply from Elementor team and to fix this at the moment, please disable the FAQ schema option for RankMath and instead use the one from the Elementor plugin and also Disable the Element caching from the Advanced settings of the Accordion widget.
We have also logged this issue so that we can fix it permanently from our end.
For context this was the reply we got :
I checked and we are aware of this issue.
Since Google’s update in late 2023, FAQ rich results are now only shown for a small number of authoritative sites (like government or health organizations), so in most cases, the markup no longer affects search visibility.
More details here: https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2023/08/rich-results-faq-howto-changes
That said, we understand some tools (like RankMath) may still validate or report on the schema. While we’re not planning to change the widget behavior at this time, there is a workaround: disabling Element Caching for the Accordion widget will ensure the schema picks up the full content properly.
Thank you.
