If you have purchased a Content AI subscription and are seeing 0 credits in your account, it’s possible that the subscription hasn’t been activated properly. To activate your Content AI subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Content AI section and ensure that your subscription is active.
If you don’t see an “Activate” button, it’s likely that the subscription is already active. In that case, please try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache to see if the credits update.
If you’re still unable to see the credits after following these steps, please click on the “Assign to Human Agent” button so that one of our support team members can assist you further with this issue. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please install or update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.
Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.
Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.
Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

Thank you, that worked. I think the problem was that I didn’t realise that little icon next to the number of credits refreshed the credits. I would personally make that a much more obvious button, I thought it was just an icon.
