To check where your credits might be used, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account associated with your Content AI subscription. You can verify your remaining credits by visiting your Rank Math account area.
If the credit count appears correct there but not on your website, please follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
- After reconnecting, refresh the credits count again in your Content AI settings.

I have disconnected and reconnected my account and even though my account says I have 10000 credits left it still shows as 0. I also now get the message to say “Please connect your account to use the Content AI.” even though it’s connected.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We have gone ahead and fixed this from our end.
You should see in your WordPress dashboard that your Rank Math account is disconnected from the plugin.
Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account again. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.


Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
