Not happy at all with the support with urgent index issue for lots of user

    Rank Math free

I have to vent my anger now. Because apparently there is no solution or help for the indexing problem with Google Search.
This is a profound problem, as the posts are not indexed and the page is therefore not visible.
Obviously there are a lot of users with this problem, but there are only responses with a bot and that’s it.
I have been using RankMath for many years, so I know the configuration well and also the little tricks. In the 10 hours I’ve been waiting for help with 2 tickets, I’ve gone through EVERYTHING several times. I went through the answers from other users and tried everything possible. No help at all!

I’m not sure if this is a deeper problem. Because to test whether it’s my configuration, I’ve now installed the Google Sitemap plugin and no error message appears. Now I’m ready to delete the Rank Math plugin completely (the sitemap function is already deactivated), but I’m not sure whether any commands are retained here.

A website that is not indexed has no value. It seems that many users currently have this problem. And even if this is the free version of the plugin, there should be some reasonable support that goes beyond the standardised response of a bot!

  • Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’re experiencing with the indexing issue and the support you’ve received. We understand how critical it is for your posts to be indexed and visible in search results.

It’s important to note that indexing issues can arise from various factors, including content duplication, site visibility settings, or even being a new website. Here are a few steps you might want to double-check:

    1. Search Engine Visibility: Ensure that the Search engine visibility option is unchecked in your WordPress settings. You can find this under SettingsReading in your WordPress admin dashboard. If this option is checked, it can prevent search engines from indexing your site.

    2. Content Duplication: Check for any duplicate content on your site. If there are duplicates, consider adding canonical URLs to point to the original content you want indexed.

    3. Manual Indexing Request: If you’ve tried everything and your site still isn’t indexed, you might want to submit a manual indexing request to Google.

    4. Google Search Console: Make sure your sitemap is updated and check for any errors in Google Search Console. You can also use the Validate Fix option to inform Google about any resolved issues.

If you continue to face issues, please reply to your ticket with your website URL so that a human agent can assist you further. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter for you.
