Content AI credits do not renew anymore

    Dear Rankmath team,

    I have a problem with the monthly renewal of the free Content AI credits for my website. Since January the credits do not renew anymore. I have already tried to disconnect and reconnect my account to the website but it didn’t help. In the account it always says that I have used 827/750 credits and in the website plugin-area of Rankmath that “account_free_limit_reached”. See screenshot-link in the sensitive data area.

    I hope you can help me as I would like to learn more about the use of your content AI features!

    It seems that you may have reached the credit limit for your domain, which is why you are seeing the message "account_free_limit_reached." To resolve this, you can allocate more credits to your site by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account and go to the Connected Websites section.
    2. Find the affected site and click on CHANGE LIMIT in the Content AI Credits settings.
    3. Increase the Content AI credits assigned to the site and click Save.

    Click Change Limit
    Increase the Content AI credits assigned to the site and click Save

    After increasing the credits, please refresh your Content AI credits in your WordPress dashboard by going to Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and clicking on refresh.

    If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket with your website URL so that a human agent can assist you further.

    Dear Miguel,

    thank you for your fast reply, but it is still not working. Credits do not change in the website, they keep staying at 0. When I try to refresh, I get the errror message “account_free_limit_reached”.
