Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
The recommended image size is 1200px X 630px. If the image’s dimension is too small or too large compared to the recommended size, then individual social networks may not read your image correctly. In these cases, social networks will pick other images of your page that satisfy these dimensions (if any) instead of your desired social preview image.
