Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Thanks for getting back to me. I’m not comfortable giving anyone access to the backend of my site but I have additional information to give you:
First, I’ve used your videos and knowledge base to properly set up Rank Math. On my home page, I have a 96/100 score, which is great. So, I don’t think that settings are the issue.
Also, I optimized my database and this fixed the problem on pages where I’m not using WPBakery modules, such as my About page. There, if I have a keyword in a subheading, it now shows up as “Focus Keyword found in the subheading(s).”
However, on pages where I’m using a WPBakery page template, where a subheading is in a WPBakery module, then I still get the “Focus Keyword not found in subheading(s) like H2, H3, H4, etc.” error message. It seems that Rank Math isn’t “seeing” a subheading that is within a WPBakery module? I’m guessing there’s a compatibility issue with WPBakery page builder? I’ve added a screenshot HERE to show you the issue.

Hello,
It might be that WP Bakery have not completely integrated Rank math content analysis API. Please note that the content analysis does not affect your SEO or rankings. It is only used as an internal metric to give you a to-do list of things you can do to optimize your website.
We have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.
You would need to contact the developer of the plugin you mentioned by showing the following link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
Many known companies have already added the compatibility, as it takes a few hours:

We hope that helps. Please let us know if there’s anything else you need our assistance with. More than happy to help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain this to me, Michael. I really appreciate it and I’m really enjoying using Rank Math. Have a lovely day.
