- Deactivate Yoast SEO: Since you have both Rank Math and Yoast installed, it’s recommended to deactivate the Yoast SEO plugin before proceeding with the import. You can do this in your WordPress dashboard under Plugins.
- Check for Conflicts: After deactivating Yoast, try running the import again. If it still gets stuck, consider temporarily deactivating other plugins to see if there’s a conflict.
- Increase PHP Limits: Sometimes, increasing the PHP memory limit and execution time can help. You may need to contact your hosting provider for assistance with this.
- Manual Import: If the Setup Wizard continues to fail, you can use the Import & Export feature in Rank Math to manually import your settings from Yoast. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export, and follow the prompts to import your data from Yoast.

Can you please share a screenshot of the error where the import is stuck so that we can check the issue further for you? You can use any image-sharing tool like https://imgur.com/upload to share the screenshot with us.
Meanwhile, please try reimporting the data in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export > Other Plugins, then under the plugin column, uncheck the Calculate SEO Scores option below, and click the Import button.
