- Log in to the correct account: Ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase or activate your Content AI credits.
- Check your credits: Go to your Rank Math account and verify your remaining credits by visiting this link.

- Disconnect and reconnect: If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, navigate to your WordPress admin area, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.


- Refresh your credits: After reconnecting, head back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again to ensure it requests the updated credits from our server.
