    The free 750 monthly AI credits are not refreshing. I followed the support documents provided but it is not refreshing. Please advise.

    To resolve this, please try the following steps:

    1. Log in to the correct account: Ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase or activate your Content AI credits.
    2. Check your credits: Go to your Rank Math account and verify your remaining credits by visiting this link.

    3. Disconnect and reconnect: If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, navigate to your WordPress admin area, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    4. Refresh your credits: After reconnecting, head back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again to ensure it requests the updated credits from our server.

    We can see the credits are added to your Rank Math account. If you’re not able to see them on your WordPress website, please try to follow the steps mentioned in this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-restore-missing-content-ai-credits/
