    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I recently noticed that my subscription plan has been changed or canceled, and I’m unsure why this happened. I would appreciate it if you could provide more details regarding the reason for this change.

    Could you please check my account and let me know if there was an issue with billing, renewal, or any other reason for the modification? If possible, I’d like to understand my options for restoring or adjusting my plan.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    The subscription has expired already on February 5, 2025, due to non-payment.

    FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed.

    However, in your case, it’s possible that you have changed your payment method too late or for some reason renewal doesn’t work and the subscription already expired. You can purchase a new subscription from our site: https://rankmath.com/pricing

    It will not affect your site’s SEO setup and all the settings and data will stay the same on your site.
