    What is going on I placed order downloaded and installed the pro version now its gone like I never ordered after I opened a ticket for AI not working. I checked my card and it was charged and now I just have the free version again like I never ordered.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    I have no idea I cannot find the receipts in my email with “FastSprings”. Lets just cancel order and I can redo with the correct email?

    I did not get an answer nor is my account fixed. Please cancel all charges so I can start over if your not going to sync accounts so I can get started.
