    Already bought Content AI but not able to see anything here?
    Credit not showing in Content AI.

    Today I have purchased please support me.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this concern.

    Please ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once you are logged in, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: My Account – Websites.
    2. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits there.
      Credits Check

    If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, please do the following:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress admin area and go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    2. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
      Disconnect
      Reconnect
    3. After reconnecting, head back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin can request the updated credits from our server.
      Refresh Credits

    If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
