    Is it possible to cancel the subscription of the content AI and get a refund? I can use the content AI for free, right?

    We would love to process this refund as per our 30-day refund policy but can you please let us know what you didn’t like about Content AI. This will help us make it better so you can give it another shot in the future.

    Yes, you can use the free version of Content AI credit but it is limited to AI generation using AI tools and AI generation inside the editor.

    Content AI Research, Editing Bulk SEO Meta, and Multiple Sessions in RankBot will not work for users without a separate plan.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
