The first line in your log, the error, seems to not be related to Rank Math but some issues server-side related to FastCGI. My recommendation would be to check it with your hosting support.
About the warnings, it might be related to the error, but they are just warnings, could be ignored without any issues, although maybe if your hosting support is able to solve that error, you might not have those warnings anymore.
