I excluded your sitemaps from being cached by heading to WP Fastes cache > Excludeds and adding a new rule.
I also changed your tags settings from noindex to index in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Tags.
I then performed the steps shown in the video your shared to flush sitemap cache. Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://i.rankmath.com/oMQ5Vj
