    Hi – I’m having an issue with RM Pro on a client site at https://www.totalcareersolutions.com

    When the Pro version of the plugin is enabled, the General Settings page isn’t working, at the bottom the following error is produced. The error goes away when the PRO plugin is disabled.

    Hi – Thank you. I have provided FTP and WP Login details.

    FTP is limited to the wp-content/plugins folder but I’m sure this is enough access?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, the login you’ve shared for the WordPress website is not working. Please update the login in the sensitive data section so that we can fix the issue on your website.

    However, you can also add the ob_start(); function on line 113 of the wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math-pro/includes/modules/analytics/class-analytics.php file to fix the issue.
