I recently set up a payment for my Rank Math subscription via Amazon Pay, and I received a confirmation email from Amazon Pay with the following details:
Merchant: Rank Math (o*****@f*************)
Setup Date: Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 4:42:07 PM CETHowever, my Rank Math account is still showing as Free Plan, and I have not received any confirmation from Rank Math regarding the subscription upgrade.
Could you please check the status of my payment and update my account accordingly? Let me know if you need any further information.
