Analytics connection not working

    Analytics, Search Console and Ad Sense are all red and re-connecting does not help.

    This is shown when trying to find the error log: The error log cannot be retrieved: Error log file is too large.

    1. Test Connections: Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click on the Test Connections option at the top right. This will help validate the existing connections. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

    2. Reconnect Accounts: If you see a red signal, try reconnecting your Google account again. You can do this by clicking on the reconnect option in the same settings area.

    3. Check for Errors: If the error log cannot be retrieved due to its size, you may need to manually create an Analytics debug log file. To do this, add the following filter to your WordPress theme’s rank-math.php file:

      add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

      After adding this filter, go to WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Scheduled Actions → Pending and run the pending Scheduled Action named rank_math/analytics/data_fetch.
      Run Rank Math Analytics data fetch manually.

    4. Open a Support Ticket: If the issue persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket and share the newly created Analytics debug log file with us. This log can be found under /wp-content/uploads/rank-math in your website directory.
