For custom taxonomies, you might need to adjust the rewrite rules when registering the taxonomy. Unfortunately, the "Strip Category Base" function does not automatically handle custom taxonomies.

Please note that the “Strip Category Base” option in Rank Math only works with the WordPress default categories.
In this case, if you want, you can use a plugin like Permalink Manager to remove the category slug from your custom category URLs.
