Try disabling the Redirections module in Rank Math to see if the issue persists. If it does, your site may have been compromised, and we recommend checking with your hosting provider immediately.
As for the login link, clicking it should not break your site, but if a critical error occurs, please share the details here with us or you can troubleshoot this with your host too.
