    I just paid for the starter package via PayPal. The money was deducted from my account even though I got an error after the payment.

    At that time, I didn’t have an account on your website. After that, I created one. That was five minutes ago. The email address linked to my account is d***********@g********.

    When I check subscriptions through my profile, I don’t see any active subscriptions, which means that the payment is not linked to my account or my website.
