    Hello! I bought the pro subscription but it is not reflected in my account. My credit card was charged and at this time I am looking for a refund. If I do not her back from you with a conformation of the refund, I am going to report this to VISA and leave my feedback. I was so excited to try your product but unfortunately it seems that something went wrong and there is no feedback whatsoever. Pavel
