when I installed the plugin some time ago it worked. It worked for a short while. Now the part doesn’t open and therefore I can’t make changes

Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the columns that are shown with the alignment on your product page?
If so, you may need to open the Screen Options menu by clicking at the top right of the WordPress admin area, then select only the columns that you wish to appear, and then click on Apply:
