    Hi, I signed up for Rank Math SEO PRO using a different email than the one used for the free version, I contacted your support and was told by RankBot that this could cause some complications. Specifically, I may not be able to access the PRO features unless I merge the two accounts or change the email on my PRO account to match my free account.

    It was suggested to me that to resolve this issue, I would need to contact your support team to either merge the accounts or change the email associated with my PRO account.

    I was asked to include the email addresses associated with the two accounts and any details relevant to my subscription

    We have merged your accounts as requested with the main email address b****************@g********

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Now you will need to reconnect your other websites by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to fix the issue.

    Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits.
