Automated Image Alt-Text Overwriting Existing Alt-Text

    We discovered that rank-math was overwriting existing alt-text when the tool says it will only create image alt-text and image title if it’s empty. When in fact it is overwriting existing image alt-text and image title.

    We’ve turned off the automated functionality in rank math for now until this is resolved.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
