    One issue I did notice is the next date for the AI credit to apply is 2025-02-19 12:00 am.

    But in the screenshot in Rank Math you can see that I have 750 AI credits available and was reset on: 19 Feb 2025.

    So why is the plugin on WP saying it will reset on 2025-02-19 12:00 am?

    Definitely an issue with your plugin and how it syncs with your servers.

    Just to add to this ticket.

    All websites on this account are effected by the AI credit bug. I cannot get this to work on all sites. The plugin connects OK and all data is pulled in as it should be but the AI section is graded out and it asks me to connect, or purchase this service.

    I have in total 750 credits left on our FREE account, usually shared between all sites. This comes in handy and so frustrated its not working on any of our sites.

    Please let me know what can be done to resolve this on all of our sites connected

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    Your content AI credits have already been exhausted and will resit on the 19th of this month.

    The dates 2025-02-19 and 19 Feb 2025 are completely the same, just in different formats.

    As for your issue with your 404, this is expected to be seen every time our plugin updates as it removes the changes you’ve made in our plugin. However, we’ve already resolved this by offering you filter code that you can add permanently to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/404_monitor/hook', function($hook ){
    return 'template_redirect';
});

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    It was an oversite on the date, but checking my account for poppysigns.co.uk and disconnecting and reconnecting it to Rank Math still doesn’t fix my credit issue: https://tinyurl.com/2d3v453y

    More so with the credit supposedly being reset at 12am on the 19th Feb which is roughly 12 hours after I sent this reply. I have tried everything you suggest on your documentation. What I have noticed is this is a common issue by many other users free and paid and still many have not been able to resolve the AI credit issue. Shame really as it use to work but something recently has broken it. This issue with the AI is on all other sites as well so its a bigger issue then just the one.

    In regards to the 404 log issue, I will implement your workaround to all sites to help this bug/issue faced with poppysigns.co.uk. Do you know what is the cause to this issue? Br good to remove this workaround in good time.

    Hello,

    It looks like you’ve already used all the credits replenished on 19 Feb 2025. Now, the credits will again auto-replenish on 19 Mar 2025.

    You can check the history of your Content AI credit uses from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI > History: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-ai-history/
