Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with your rich snippets. Having two different review snippets with varying aggregate ratings can indeed lead to confusion for Google when determining which rating to display. This inconsistency might prevent the rating from appearing in your search snippet altogether.
To resolve this, we recommend ensuring that you have only one review snippet per page and that it accurately reflects the overall rating you wish to convey. You can test your rich snippets again using Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool after making the necessary adjustments.
If you continue to experience issues or have further questions, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
Thank you so much for getting in touch.
Having multiple review snippets with different aggregate ratings can confuse Google and may prevent the rating from appearing in search results.
However, we checked the Rich Result test you shared and we didn’t find any issues with the format as all the bestRating
properties are set to 10.
Please also note that these markups aren’t from Rank Math (could be generated by other plugins) so we have no control over these markups.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
